These are some questions new clients frequently ask us:
Which Logo package would be right for me?
Our Logo Design packages are structured around the needs of our users. For example, if you needed a basic heading for a neighborhood event that takes place every month, then the starter logo package would be perfectly suitable to determine the correct look for such an event. However, if you are starting your own company, initially you are very tight on a budget and although it seems pricey to try and get the best logo money can buy, I hate to be the barer of negative news, but "you get what you pay for." When it comes to your company's identity, look, and feel; it only makes sense to do it right the first time.
How will I receive my logo design options?
Endless Heights Graphic Designs, LLC will send you your initial logo concepts in a .pdf file format, via e-mail, at which then you may decide to print, revise, and show colleagues and friends for criticism and ideas.
Upon your finalization of your logo design concept, we send you a selection of source file format types that will allow you to use your new logo design: (PNG, EPS and TIFF formats. Logo Images (full color and gray scale) sent as JPEG and transparent GIF files.
My printing guy says he needs a high resolution logo, what does this mean?
When printing everything needs to be in at least 300 dpi (dots per inch); basically, in a "nut shell," this ensures a nice sharp quality in the print. One of the source files you will receive is an EPS (Encapsulated Post Script), this is your logo in raw Vector format, giving the ability to be enlarged in scale or reduced in scale while still maintaining the quality and detail.
In short, just send your printing guy, the EPS format of your logo from the start and you will be fine. *Also, check out our printing services and specials, located on the right sidebar area of our website.
